Upcoming key dates

Handelsbanken is closing its operations in Finland. Account and payment traffic services will end during 2025. Here are the upcoming key dates for private and corporate customers:
• Credit Cards will be terminated on November 30, 2024.
• Mobile banking will close in alignment with the S-Bank migration, scheduled for November 29, 2024.
• Private customer accounts and internet bank agreements will be terminated on March 31, 2025.
• Debit cards will be terminated on march 17, 2025.
• Corporate accounts and payment services will be terminated on June 30, 2025.

Our Card Account Information API provides you with essential data about our customer's Charge Cards and Credit Cards.

The benefits of using our APIs

By using this API, you can safely and securely retrieve customer's Charge Card and Credit Card information, such as:

- Card account list
- Card account information
- Card account balances
- Card account transactions

Please note: Debit card transactions are not included in this Card Account Information API (they are included in the Account Information API).

As we operate in multiple countries, further down this page you'll find country specific information relating to the customer information that will be delivered to you (please note that this information varies per country).

Implementing our Live APIs

When you've thoroughly tested our APIs and are ready to use our Live PSD2 APIs, you will first need to enroll with us. This can only be done by Third Party Providers that are authorised by their Local Competent Authority. If that applies to you, please follow this guide: Live Data Access

Please note that for Handelsbanken Norway, the PSD2 APIs are handled by a third party service provider where you'll need to separately sign-up and register. The link to their portal can be found in the Country specific section below.

Sweden and Finland: We have one Card Account Information API that is only available for Individual customers in Sweden and Finland. Please make sure you subscribe to our Consents API separately before implementing our Card Accounts API.

Great Britain: We have one Accounts and Cards API for Individual and Corporate customers in Great Britain. Please note that this API contains all endpoints for creating Consent and retrieving Account and Card Information.
