On this page you'll find dates and times of disruptions we want you to be aware of.

When Live Data cannot be accessed via our API services due to disruptions or planned maintenance, we will advise you to use our Contingency mechanism. Information about it can be found here:

Planned maintenance Finland 19th november

On Sunday the 19th of November starting at 04:00 am to 12:00 pm CET, Handelsbanken online services in Finland, including our PSD2 APIs will be down due to planned maintenance. This will affect all customers in our supported countries.

Please note that no calls will go through for the duration specified above, so we would appreciate that you halt all calls / batch runs to our PSD2 APIs during this period, in order not to generate a lot of errors on your side and ours.

Our PSD2 Fallback solution / Contingency mechanism will also be down during this time.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and understand that this may cause disruption to your services, so we appreciate your cooperation on this.

Updated: Technical maintenance 5th of October

Updated 2023-10-06: The onboarding API:s, thirdparties and subscriptions, are now available and online for use by Third Partys Providers.

The API:s thirdparties and subscriptions will be unavailable during the 5th of October due to technical maintenance.

All other API:s will be unaffected.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused.


Upgrading of Developer Portal platform

On the 21st of April 2023, we upgraded the platform that our Developer Portal is on. Unfortunately this means that all users who have previously registered an account with our Dev Portal has been deleted and you will need to set up a new account on the new platform. Any test apps that have been set up on the accounts has also been deleted. Those who actively use the Dev Portal for testing have been contacted individually.

TPPs that have registered with us in order to use our Live Data, will not be affected and our APIs will continue to work as normal. Only the Sandbox and Developer Portal are affected by this upgrade.
